Honestly, the guy who came was so nice. Beyond that, nothing went as advertised... Since the job was done, I am unable to get a return call from the company. In fact, they are now hanging up on me when I call. The job was done for a price higher than advertised, without a written estimate. I was in a very vulnerable moment and would have noticed several red flags otherwise… My roommate had just moved out, the situation was very stressful and I needed my rugs cleaned asap. Their website offers guaranteed satisfaction, however, once they have your money, they disappear. They only take cash or Zelle and refused to accept credit card payments. I paid several hundred dollars for services rendered, which I could have done better with my $99 Hoover myself. They assured me that the rugs would dry better than they looked when they were leaving. I had to help the guy carry rugs out of my home to dry. He didn’t even vacuum the rug (I even offered to do this for him) prior to beginning the job. My living room was a muddy mess when the job was completed. I barely even know where to begin with how wrong this job went… Their website is full of glowing reviews, however, once a job is completed, I can find no place where a customer can actually leave a review. The company hangs up on me, the actual person who did the job won’t respond either. I’m not asking for the world here, I’m only asking them to redo the job. I paid $550 to have 4 area rugs cleaned. For another $60, I could have just bought all new rugs, and would have if I’d know how I’d be treated after the sale. Of course, because they only accept cash or Zelle, there is zero recourse for the buyer, once the transaction is completed. I should have known better, but it was a very vulnerable moment for me. I feel taken advantage of in the biggest way. I pride myself on avoiding most scams, but my game was off that day. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don’t use this company or fall for their deceptive advertising. They say they will give you a written estimate. They did not. They advertise a specific price for each service they offer, when they arrive, that price goes up. They say there’s no service call fee and/or free pickup & delivery. When they arrive, they tell you they are waiving the service call fee and delivery charges “as a courtesy”. They advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, or they will work to make it right. I can’t even get them to respond. If they even answer, they tell me they will call me back. They never do. Absolutely NOTHING went as advertised! But they were nice, in the beginning…

It was terrible experience. Told the technician that two of the rigs had an area where the dog used the restroom and smelled like urine. He told me no problem, he could get it out. Paid an extra $30 per rug. He left and the rug still smelled like urine. Called to report this to the office and now all the lines are disconnected. DO NOT HIRE!!!! Theu also requested to be paid in cash.

He is a one-man company and so always does the work himself. David is always punctual, thorough, and professional. Having been in a corporate job, he has standards of professionalism, and owning the company himself, he takes pride in his work. I feel comfortable having him in my home.

A few weeks ago I had my hardwood floors, and tile floors stripped, and cleaned by Organic Choice. They did a nice job. They use organic material, and it is very good for your floors, and does not smell. I was very pleased with the company, and the service they provided, and the price was reasonable.
