After the purchase, I found so many unreported problems I had a second home inspection. Ed Klotz arranged my home inspection for the purchase and told me not to come for the first hour, because that's how the inspectors work, but Ed was there and told me I could depend on their report. He told me this was a well-maintained family home, and the daughter of the owner lived here last. About a year later the other Realtor, Kathy Turney from Better Homes, finally admitted I bought a rental. Ed has not responded, taken any responsibility, or helped in any way, so we're going to Small Claims Court so hopefully I can get some money back to fix some of the unreported problems, and I'm stuck with a house I would have never looked at if I knew it was a rental. I though fiduciary duties would protect me from this behavior. He is so bad, he used his own in-laws, my neighbors, to confirm his credentials and continually confirm his character. About a year later, my old neighbors said they don't want to be involved. I wonder how those family reunions go....how can he look them in the eye after he used them?
