Edgar is a good tech!

I have had power outage issues a number of times ever since they did the work. They keep blaming it in my "old wiring". I hold a PhD in electrical engineering and feel not only offended by the wrong logic/information they provide but also by their terrible service. Stay way. They do not even answer my question and gentle request to come and see what the source of issue might be.

I had a great experience with this company. Edgar provided a detailed estimate, kept me informed all along the way and did a tidy professional installation. I would not hesitate to use him on my next project. I will recommend to all my friends that they, at least, get an estimate from Brains Automation.

Brian's Automation is fantastic! I am super impressed with every aspect of their business. Brian's Automation provided me with a clear, written, detailed estimate with price. He even used some very secure DocuSign software like you would see refinancing your house, and it was all very professional. It was a very fair price and I asked him to do the work. Edgar did an absolutely fantastic job and I was extremely happy with everything. He is very professional, polite, respectful and most of all, very knowledgeable about every aspect of my home network and new surveillance system. Before I found Brian's Automation, I was having difficulty obtaining a clear, concise estimate. One estimate had a price range with a high and low difference of over $3,000. I wish every contractor was as professional, qualified and easy to work with. I am very impressed and very pleased with the work performed, and the knowledge of the IP Camera's, the NVR and my network. One detail that really impressed me, was we went through each camera individually and He adjusted it exactly as I would like. I was going to ask for that but he did it without my asking. I highly recommend Brian's automation. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Edgar is intelligent, knowledgeable, competent, dependable. I developed complete confidence in him. I will note that his English language skills are somewhat limited.
