+ -1 moreHorrible job! Dishonest and likely schemers. Did not honor their contract. We had to take them to small claims court. We one the judgement 3 months ago, and they still haven't paid.
Description of Work: Apex was supposed to design and build sun-rooms for us. The submitted design was nothing like what was agreed upon in our contract. The company's owner then asked for more money, "bait and switch."
