Crystal was punctual and professional for both the estimate and first cleaning appointment - she does a great job! We haven't had a housekeeper in a few years, and the top-to-bottom cleaning was wonderful - everywhere I look, it sparkles! I don't have any complaints at all! The regular monthly cleaning will be less as there won't be so much to clean - I'm SO looking forward to that help!

I have had the same experience as a couple of other reviewers on here: Crystal is very inconsistent with responsiveness.
In January when I needed her to come out and clean, it took a couple of days to hear back from her. She told me she was just coming back from a vacation and would contact me the following day. She didn't contact me until at least two days after that initial message.
I did end up getting on her schedule and she came out with one other woman at the appointment time.
Now fast forward to September and I have tried to hire Crystal again. It took about five days to hear back from her and she mentioned wi-fi issues and not receiving my email until much later than sent.
I emailed her back and still haven't heard from her. A phone call would have been nice if wi-fi is not cooperating.

UPDATE:
Received a call a few days after our initial scheduled appointment
on August 6th.
There were extenuating circumstances as to why they did not
arrive on the scheduled date. Crystal apologized for not making
the original appointment. We decided to give it another try. I
appreciated the fact that they contacted me to explain the missed
appointment.
They arrived on schedule and worked diligently to clean the entire
house in a very short amount of time. They did an excellent job
and I now understand the very positive reviews. We are very
pleased with the job they did and will be using them on a regular
basis in the future.

Crystal was awesome!!! Super friendly and attentive, important qualities when coming into your home. I would highly recommend her. She cleaned my blinds to brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me prepare my first home. Thank you crystal!!!

Wow. We moved in about a month ago and we are home 95% of the time with our three furkids, so there was about a month's worth of dust and dirt to clean. Crystal and Wendy's petite stature belied their ability to tear through my house in less than two hours and leave it clean, shiny and spotless. When they were finished, my house looked like pets don't live there, and, more importantly itSMELLED like pets don't live there. Added bonus: they were very sweet to my babies, two Dobermans and a very curious little Siamese cat. My jaw dropped when Ms. Crystal charged me only $85. I come from the Bay Area, so maybe I'm used to a different pay scale, but whatever the price, I was very, very impressed with the results. Crystal is indeed an expert at what she does, and she does it quickly and quietly, another bonus since my boyfriend and I work from home. I am very happy to have found her on Angie's List and I will definitely use her services again.

I found them on Angie's List and give them all A's. I was very pleased and the house was spotless when Crystal and her co-worker left the house. I will use them again in the future.

Her name is Crystal Lara and she is just as good today as she was a year and a half ago when I found her on Angie's List. You don't find that with cleaning people very often. I pay her when she comes. You don't have to tell her what to do and she just finds things to do. I very rarely have to ask her to do something.

The owner is very friendly and seemed to understand my needs. I used her twice hoping that after a discussion regarding their first attempt, things would improve. I didn't. I had to do at least as much work on my home once I came home after a long day as they had. They totally missed the obvious and I was left feeling like the cleaning of my home was an afterthought. My home didn't even smell clean. I was left feeling like they did the least possible to just get by.

She cleans the bathrooms, vacuums, cleans the kitchen, washes the floors and sometimes she cleans the stove. She does big jobs as well like washing the glass doors. She does the normal stuff. She does stuff on her own and I don't have to ask her anything. There are always two people who come out. She is very trustworthy and I trust her. She is a great person and she is efficient. If you want something then maybe you can add it to the list and she will do it.

I had been having the hardest time trying to find a reliable housecleaner, which is why I joined Angie's List. CC Lightening was in my area and had received positive reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Crystal, the owner, has been amazing. Her initial visit was for a deep cleaning, which cost us $160 and was totally worth it. I've been using her every 3 weeks for the past few months and she has been extremely reliable, professional, efficient, friendly and easy to get in contact with. She has also proven to be a really trustworthy person to work with, as she (of her own accord) actually lowered our rate when she realized that it was taking less time than she had originally thought. I have two young children in the house and Crystal is incredibly sweet with them, which I really appreciate. She has always done a wonderful job for us and I am so happy to have found her!
