General Remodeling
So far the work looks sturdy. However, they walked on their newly treated boards with work boots, leaving marks and had to redo the finish on that half of the deck, which resulted in a different color on the two sections. The finish has not lasted the 7-8 months since completion. The wood shows moldy specks and is unsightly as it ages differently in different sections. We are now stripping the finish and will redo, and hope we can get the mildew out.
