Two days after assessing the situation, the Windoor fellow brought his tool box and repaired the busted curtain in about ten minutes. $55 for both the service call and the replacement materials. Well worth the price.

I swung by their store to look at samples and schedule an appointment. They showed up right on time for the measurements and to discuss the options. After giving it some thought, we later decided what to order. The blinds we wanted were backordered, so we couldn't schedule an installation until they came in. When they did, they called and we made an appointment for the installation. They showed up at the absolute end of the appointment window time, which was annoying, and took about two hours for the installation. In the end, we're extremely satisfied with the quality of the project and the blinds and screen look great.
