Person that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. (Me: our water heater broke and our basement is flooded. Rep: well, what would you like us to do?). Um, what is it you do? You're the professional, I'd hope you can tell me. Disappointing, because we are former customers from 2002 and had a very positive experience, which is why I called them in the first place.

WE PLACED THE PHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND THEY CAME AN HOUR LATER TO REPLACE IT. THEY CAME WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS AND BETTER UNIT THAT WE HAD IN THE HOUSE.
