WE PLACED THE PHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND THEY CAME AN HOUR LATER TO REPLACE IT. THEY CAME WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS AND BETTER UNIT THAT WE HAD IN THE HOUSE.
