There were three guys in and out. Other people had similar work at the same time. They were great and professional. They were very reassuring. They were good at communicating. They made a notice letting us know the water would be off and I gave them to all of the people in the condominium. They worked all day and never took a lunch break.

Allen likes to explain EVERYTHING he is doing and tell you why he is doing it. His attitude is that he will not do anything that he would not do in his own house. He uses quality materials and does great work. He'll also respond immediately in the case of an emergency.
