I bought everything they told me I needed and had me take home all the small stuff. I asked to hear the sound on the TVs and the sound was set to like 89 before you could hear anything. So they said if I wanted better sound to buy a sound bar. More Money. They told me I needed all these cables but the cables came with the TVs I found out. I jumped the gun because I needed to get my home ready first which I didn't do. The next day I thought about what I had to do first and I had no room to put everything so I took it all back the next day. This was on August 23rd. To this day I am disputing this charge since I have a refund for everything I bought but they refuse to take it off my bill as of today. It took them 2 mins to charge me for everything but almost 3 weeks have gone by and its still on my bill. I went to my bank and they tried to call them but they said no one was available to help us so I called them the next day and the manager said he put in the refund on Sept 4th and I would see it off my bill in 24 hours. Its been 5 days and still no refund. Buyers Beware of this store. They will say anything to sell you there stuff but don't stand behind there refund policy even after one day. I wouldn't recommed this store to anyone looking to buy electronics there are better pricing at other stores for the same thing. And most give you 90 days to return with no questions asked and its off your bill within a little less than a week.
