We have been setting tiles of all types, including natural stones, in the custom residential sector as well as in commercial settings. We just finished a very complicated 500 SF remodel/addition of our home in San Mateo and had to work with a number of different contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. We have pretty high standards and we can be difficult to work with at times so we had some not-so-great experiences with some of the contractors, but Voytek was the one guy who we knew we could count on to do things right the first time and not try to take advantage of us.
The estimates that our general contractor provided for the tilework in the two bathrooms were a little on the high end, so we interviewed 5-6 different tile companies to see if their prices would be any better. At first we were hesitant to have someone else do the tilework, but after meeting Voytek and talking through the project with him, we hired him and it was the best decision we could have made. His prices are the best, his work is of the highest quality, and he is one of the nicest, hardest working guys you will ever meet. He genuinely cares about you and your project, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the bathrooms done the way we wanted, on-time and on-budget.
