I spent about $240. The guy who did the job tried to overcharge me and that was the problem. I had to argue with him and he reduced the charge. He didn?t have the part and I told him that he needs to get the part from the local dealer here. However, he went to Berkeley, which is a lot further away to get the part and then came back. I checked with the dealer to see what the cost of the part would be and he overcharged for the part by 3 times. His explanation was that he wanted to make up for the long trip that he made to Berkeley. He also charged me for the trip to Berkeley which was a separate charge. So, I told him that he can?t charge me twice. He was going to charge me $150 to take a 20 minute trip over to Berkeley and I wasn?t happy about that. He did fix the problem and put in the correct part. I am happy with that, but I wouldn?t use him again.

NICK, THE OWNER OF TRIPLE A APPLIANCE, IS EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE. HE COMES OUT RIGHT AWAY & IS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY. HE IS ALWAYS ABLE TO OFFER A LOW-COST SOLUTION. NICK IS SO RELIABLE THAT WE OFTEN LEAVE THE KEY UNDER THE FRONT MAT FOR HIM.
