Randy seems like a nice fellow, and he was responsive. However we were
not told their rates over the phone and were surprised to be charged
$220 for what turned out to be a 15-minute visit in which the
electrician replaced a single dimmer switch. Wow. This is roughly
twice what our regular service person (who was unavailable today) charges.
Live and learn - I should have known to ask. Thornton Electric is
probably great when you have an emergency situation, but for other needs, be forewarned
about the very high cost.

Randy and his team did a wonderful job. Randy got the permits for the job right away and his team completed the job within the estimated time frame and at the estimated cost. Randy's crew went above and beyond; while under the house, one of the electricians noticed water (we had not yet moved into the house) and quickly contacted me and turned off the water. He also identified the location of the leak, which saved me quite a bit of money on my plumber's bill. Randy and his crew are very knowledgable, professional, responsive and I highly recommend them.

They were great. They came on time, gave me a nice short window, and seemed very knowledgeable. I was doing this through an insurance policy.
