They are pretty good. Their price is fair. We have a really good technician, so the quality is good.

I have had Terminex insurance policies (2 separate) for subterranean/Formosan termites and Drywood termites. After we decided to have our deck remodeled, the contractors found that there was termite damage. We called Terminex and they came out to inspect after 3 weeks and we were told that it was indeed termite damage and we should have it repaired. Well, we did to the tune of $3500. When we submitted a claim, it was denied saying they "were not sure when the damage was done"...seriously!! After we were told by the inspector to have it repaired with no indication whatsoever that the claim would be denied. We have these insurance policies for many years and was the first time we have put in a claim. In our opinion, these insurance policies are simply a scan...I guess live and learn, but I wanted to make sure I told our story.
