It started off poorly because the sales staff were completely ignoring me. After a few minutes I went up to a group of three of them and asked if one of them could help me with buying a bike. However, after that I got a nice young guy who gave me guidance on narrowing my choices. I did also have to push a bit to ask how I could TRY these bikes, since that wasn't offered. But I tried two of them, really liked one, and bought it. They have a free tune up at 90 days and another after 100 miles. Overall a positive experience, but their staff could use a little more training.
