Mattresses
We purchased a mattress from Sleep Train about 11 months ago, and were not happy with the way the mattress was wearing. Both my wife's and my backs would be sore when we woke up in the morning. The Sleep Train representative came out to our home and inspected the mattress and agreed that it wasn't wearing well, and offered to replace it with the same quality or higher (we would have to pay the difference.) We ended up choosing to upgrade to a higher quality mattress, and have been happy since.
