SARCO'S LOCK WORKS

I called to see if they were open on the holiday, and they told me they would be open in the afternoon, and to bring the current key. I described the way I wanted the 2 locks keyed, which seemed a little confusing to him, but he estimated half an hour, I took a walk, and they were done as promised. The new key worked, and the oddity of keeping the master key also worked. It seemed a bit more expensive than the last time I did this (this is the door key we give to outsiders, and needs to be periodically changed), but he was open on the holiday, was honest about time and price up front, so I would use him again.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. A GOOD DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT LOCKS WERE GIVEN SO I COULD CHOOSE WHICH I FELT WAS BEST FOR ME - BUT WITH INTERACTION WITH MR. SARCO, SO MADE CORRECT DECISION. HE RAN INTO PROBLEMS AND IT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED, AND THERE WAS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. HE HAD TO COME BACK AND ALTER A PART AND THAT WAS DONE QUICKLY AND IN A TIMELY FASHION AS WELL. ALTHOUGH THE WORK DONE ON THE DOORS WAS SOMEWHAT MESSY WITH SAWDUST ETC. HE WORKED VERY CLEANLY AND SAW THAT EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED THOROUGHLY WHEN FINISHED. A NICE MAN AND PLEASANT TO HAVE DONE THE WORK.

WHEN THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM WITH ONE LOCK MR. SARCO WAS OUT WITHIN AN HOUR TO FIX THE PROBLEM. HE WAS VERY NEAT IN HIS WORK AS WELL AS DOING THE WORK (THE ENTIRE ORIGINAL JOB) QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE AND HAVE DONE SO.
