I called this company multiple times.  They scheduled appointments with me then never showed up.   On top of that when I asked their price they quoted me one price.  After the receptionist called the repair man and told him what city I live in all of a sudden the price went up.  I suspect they increased it based on where I live.  I will never call them or recommend them to anyone.  Be careful

Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service that Sami provided.  He told me that these manufacturers do not put the best parts on their products simply because they can make money off of repairs.  However, he insist (and I do believe him with the way my freezer is working) that he uses replacement part(s) that is superior to the original part that was broken simply because he believes that once a repair is done, the unit should work properly without anymore problems.  He believes in providing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.  Besides, he also believes that a repairman should not have to come back repeatedly to repair the same problem.  He truly prides himself is doing a job well done, and it shows.  He replaced the parts that truly needed replacement.  He even schooled me on the why I shouldn't get rid of my current refrigerator which is a GE.  He said that the model I have is better than the new ones that are currently in the market, even better than Subzero refrigerators since the parts that breakdown in older model refrigerators are easier to fix in these older models.  He schooled me on how my freezer works.  Sami was great to work with.

I have used them for refrigerator repair, dishwasher, dryer and lots of different things.  They tend to do the job right the first time and are reliable.  They are local and affordable.
