 + -1 moreMY LAPTOP IS AN HP AND TO REPAIR THIS COMPONENT, ONE MUST WORK DIRECTLY THROUGH THEIR OWN REPAIR CENTERS. IT IS NOT ESPECIALLY CONVENIENT DUE TO THE DOWN TIME WITH MAILING, HOWEVER, THE END RESULT IS PERFECTLY FINE.
Description of Work: RADIOSHACK BASICALLY ACTED AS THE MAILING CENTER TO SEND OFF FOR REPAIR OF MY LAPTOP COMPUTER. I BELIEVE IT IS ACTUALLY SENT TO THE TANDY REPAIR SHOP. THEY REPLACED A BROKEN POWER PACK PLUGIN PORTAL.
