 + -1 moreGERRY ENG DID A GOOD JOB OF ANALYZING WHAT THE PROBLEMS MIGHT BE AND RECOMMENDING POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS TO THESE PROBLEMS. HE COMPLETED THE WORK AND DID A GOOD JOB. ONE FUNCTION STILL DIDN'T WORK SO HE TOOK IT BACK AND FIXED IT FOR FREE.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A LAPTOP COMPUTER WHICH WAS HAVING A NUMBER OF OPERATING PROBLEMS. THESE PROBLEMS INCLUDED SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEMS AS WELL AS THE COMPUTER SIMPLY SHUTTING DOWN. WE TOOK IT IN TO HAVE THE HARD DRIVE REFORMATTED AND TO HAVE ALL OF THE SOFTWARE REINSTALLED.
