All they do is put in chemicals and they charge extra for ANYTHING else.

They fixed the problem right away at a minimal cost. Ron Palmer is always very courteous and calls you back to give you status. The other company did not even call to tell me when they were coming out for the repair. When I bought the house with existing pool, they even came out at no cost to show me how to use my filter and equipment for cleaning.

WE HAVE USED PENINSULA CHEMICAL FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS NOW. FRIENDS ALWAYS TELL US HOW GOOD OUR POOL LOOKS. IT ALWAYS HAS A CRYSTAL CLEAR LOOK. CHEMICALS ARE NEVER TOO HARSH. THEY WILL ALSO DO POOL MAINTENANCE WORK (FILTER CLEANING) AND PROVIDE OTHER POOL SUPPLIES WHEN REQUESTED.
