Had extensive repairs performed on my spa in January of 2020 for a spa purchased in 2011. A leak repair was not done properly and damaged all the newly replaced systems and equipment. Neither Paradise Valley nor Sundance Spas are willing to stand behind their work or their product. Will never recommend or purchase another product from them. Scheduling maintenance and/or service has always been an ordeal requiring multiple phone calls and call backs. This final estimate took 4 weeks following the technician’s visit, that appointment took months to set up.

We have a 14 yr old SPA that we use quite a bit which was failing to maintain the temperature set.  The heater was running constantly 24/7 for nearly a week unable to raise the temp to the necessary level. We contacted Paradise Valley Spas and they sent someone out the next day.  The technician had the correct parts with him saving another truck roll and my time. Jeff diagnosed the problem and showed me the blown circuit board. He was able to replace it along with the defective temperature sensor in under an hour.

Paradise Valley Spas did a spectacular job overall - persisting under adverse conditions to fix the original problem in a timely and proactive way. They are lovely, honest people who were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.
