Great job! The work was done when Manuel promised and to a very high standard of quality. The driveway looks great, and the job site was kept in a reasonable state of cleanliness. HIs office was very good at communicating by email throughout the job, so we always knew what was going on and when.

The concrete work was superb. He was fast, finished the job in time, and it passed inspection.

It went very well. The driveway looks excellent, the price was what we had agreed on, and he was prompt and timely getting it finished. Perfect. I will use him for my next project, for sure.

Did a great job

Manuel was one of the best vendors we worked with. He and his crew worked hard to get our job completed before the rainy season began, which we really appreciated. He went above and beyond to get us samples of concrete colors we were interested in, and advised us to stay away from expensive options that he didn't think would wear well in this configuration. We were extremely happy with his work.

We were pleased in every way. Manuel responded quickly to our phone message and came out the next day to give us an estimate. We got one more estimate before proceeding, but his was the most cost effective by a clear margin. He set up the pre-work for the following Thursday and he and his guys arrived promptly at 8AM. They worked all day getting the forms set up, hooking up the catch basin, and grinding our front sidewalk. They moved all the excavated dirt to a place we wanted it in our backyard. The next day they arrived again at 8AM, followed by the cement truck. They did a super job forming the cement to function properly for drainage from both our property and our neighbor's (the drainage is shown functioning in a couple of the pictures) and finishing it with a brush surface. This included a nicely formed curb structure near the low corner of our house shown in one of the photos. Porch footings: After cutting 4 square holes in the existing concrete, the footings were excavated about 3 feet below the existing cement surface and finished nicely at the top with industrial strength Simpson brackets (see photos). I am confident that we could rest our whole house on these 4 footings. The grinding of our front sidewalk was as specified and attractive when done. Manuel and his guys worked quietly and efficiently during the whole time. Manuel was always present and did both the regular labor and (in particular) many of the more skilled tasks. He is an honest and diligent guy who will give you sound advice and who takes pride in doing a good job.

My experience with them was great. They were professional and very quick. They did the work on time and within our budget. They did everything as expected.

The company did a good and timely job.
