I have used Lazo Carpet Cleaning many times. I am always amazed at the wonderful work he does. Luis Lazo is professional, friendly, and trustworthy, with incredibly high work ethics... and just does GREAT WORK! I’ve recommended him to friends and family who are always pleased. I highly recommend him!!!

Our carpets were badly stained: high traffic area to and from kitchen to dining room, coffee carried up and down two flights of stairs daily all contributed. Had the carpets previously cleaned by another company but the stains popped within weeks. Decided to look for another carpet cleaning company, read the reviews and called Lazos. First of all: prompt response, telephone confirmation and 15-minutes notice on actual arrival. Very pleasant, professional service. Thorough explanation of the process, reasonable quote (we added Scotchguard), work quickly and thoroughly done and nary a stain has resurfaced. The stains are gone. Will use again without hesitation.

I've had a BAD experience with carpet cleaners so when I came across LAZOS I was very ESTATIC to know that all carpet cleaners is not like the last (BAD) one that I've experienced. To start ~ called on friday and was able to get them to the the house by Monday. VERY FAST and EFFICIENT! Didn't try to bait and switch (like somebody else we know!!) The carpets DRIED in the amount of time the cleaner said it would and NOT the 3-5 days it took when the other carpet cleaners did it! He even said if it doesn't dry in the amount of time he said it would - he would personally come back to my home with the fans and make sure it was dried in time for my house guests arrival! Talk about customer service! The carpets look great -- and even better was the STRESSFREE ~ HASSLEFREE interaction with Lazo!! HIGHLY recommend this business ... and will DEF. use again!!! You can't beat $ 79.95 for 3 rooms!!! This price was in 2009 ~ it may not be this price now. I will be using him again after my kitchen remodel to get all the dust and dirt off the carpets from the remodel.

I contacted the company, based on excellent reviews, via email. They were very prompt with replies. We emailed back and forth to establish price and scheduled time. Everything was working out well. 2 guys came out to clean. They took about 3 hours and did a good job.Upon finishing I noticed that some blue stains were visible. I asked about that and they tried to rub them out. They said that sometimes when they clean, old stains come the surface. It was more visible now that before the cleaning. They said there was nothing else they could do. They left. I contacted the company. The company said there were other methods to try and sent the guys out again. They again tried to rub it out. Nothing. Then they said, they could something extreme, but it might not work and may make things worse. I said no thanks. One thing that I noticed was on the second trip they left their shoes on--- on my recently cleaned carpets, on a rainy day. What were they thinking? Anyway, overall, they did a good job, but now I have a carpet with a couple of bright blue spots that they couldnt get out and are more visible now then before the cleaning. I wish they could have advised me of this prior. And, come on guys, cover your shoes on a rainy day.

We have light colored carpet that is about 3 years old. It had many stains related to our cat who marks his territory and urinates frequently on the furniture and carpet. The cat has also thrown up and stained the carpet in several areas. I called on a Thursday and was offered times as early as Saturday of the same week. I had chosen the following Tuesday and had to move the cleaning by a week at the last minute. The company was amazingly understanding even on very short notice. They rescheduled us promptly for the following week. My husband was at home for the cleaning and asisted in moving furniture. The company representative did a great job and was very honest about some of the stains he was concerned would not be completely removed. Overall the experience was a very positive one, my carpets look great, especially the stairs. They came in the morning and the rugs were dry by the time I got home around 8 in the evening (windows were open all day to assist with drying). The price was very reasonable, the quality was great and I will use this company again.

Fantastic! Luis did a great job cleaning our carpets. I've used franchised carpet cleaners before and I feel like Luis did a better job. The other outfit just ran over the spots once, while Luis pre-treated and ran over the trouble spots as many times as needed. The carpets are as clean as can be. He showed up on-time, and the price was in-line with his phone estimate. His equipment is good with great suction - I left the fan on and the door open a crack and the carpet was mostly dry 12 hours later. Luis is trustworthy and I felt comfortable having him in my home. I recommend Luis and Lazos Cleaning highly.

They did as good of job as anybody at half the price. The guys did a great job! They didn't try to upsell me. He must be doing good because he came 2 or 3 days after I called the first time, this time I called him and I had to schedule 2-3 weeks away. I paid $165.00 where as the last person charged me almost $400.00. I will be using them again.
