+ -1 moreOverall, Brad was always responsive and available to me by cell whenever I need him. When things were getting hectic especially with the approval of the CalHFA loan, Brad spent extra time on weekends to make sure my loan would be processed. I'd recommend him, he knows the peninsula area and understands the CALFHA loan very well which is unusual.
Description of Work: I was referred to Brad to use as a mortgage lender. I chose him because he had a lot of experience with first time home buying loans, and I was looking for a particular type called CALHFA. He had done these loans in the past which was hard to find someone qualified and with experience in the CALHFA area. I used him to purchase my first home in San Carlos.
