Overall, Brad was always responsive and available to me by cell whenever I need him. When things were getting hectic especially with the approval of the CalHFA loan, Brad spent extra time on weekends to make sure my loan would be processed. I'd recommend him, he knows the peninsula area and understands the CALFHA loan very well which is unusual.
