John arrived at exactly the time he said he would. I showed him the drains that needed to be cleaned out and explained the history. He started work immediately and succeeded in clearing out all the blockages, removing some significant tree roots in the process.
He cleaned up after the job and made sure I was happy with the result.
Work took more than 2 hours, so the price was very reasonable considering. This is the third time (over 6 years) that I have called a plumber to work on these drains, and the first time I have been truly happy with the experience.
