INTERIOR DESIGNER CAME TO MY HOME AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN PICKING MATERIAL AND TYPE OF CURTAIN. LIKED THE FINAL RESULTS VERY MUCH. ORDERED CURTAINS 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE OF BUSINESS DINNER AT MY HOME. INFORMED THE COMPANY THAT DEADLINE WAS VERY IMPORTANT. COMPANY DID NOT MEET DEADLINE. WHEN DEADLINE WAS QUICKLY APPROACHING IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER OUT OF THEM. UP UNTIL THE LAST WEEK THEY COULD NOT ADMIT THE WORK WOULD BE LATE.
