Owner operated business for 26 years. no employees. cash and check payments only. I do not accept credit cards at this time. Payment for services is due upon completion of job. I do homeowner occupied homes/condos etc, and chimney inspections for home sale purposes. I have many realtors in San Mateo County who have used me exclusively for many years (references provided upon request) My company philosophy is: DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! And do not raise your price after being quoted in writing. I have no employees so you will never get the run-around when seeking services or for problem resolution, of which I have had only very rarely.
