I always use Holland for my BMWs, I've been going there for nearly 5 years ever since I got my first BMW. Shaun, one of the lead techs there, I trust with all my cars. He only suggests maintenance that needs to get done. I now use their San Carlos location since that opened about 2 years ago, it's closer for me.

I received my car back in a timely manner-everything working above and beyond what I had hoped. As usual they attended to things I had not asked to be cared for, always going the extra mile without extra fees.

Called Monday made appt. for Tuesday. I brought the car in that morning and mentioned I thought that there was excessive road noise, Received a quote of $220.00 I picked up the car that afternoon the bill was 217.32, about half of what I would pay at the dealer. They road tested the car and said the noise was caused by tire wear, which I had suspected. I received a detailed report on the service which included a Mercedes Star diaog. test.
