Rich Polonsky provided top quality service. This is the 3rd time he has provided service to us. He emails everything you need in advance, answers emails and phone calls on the weekend, calls and explains everything about the mortgage process, is very careful of customer privacy, and is very straight forward and easy to work with. He is even willing to help when there is no chance of commission such as vouching for financial good standing to landlords. I can't imagine getting better service!
