Property Management
They seem to be very responsive and have a thorough set up. Their price seems to be standard and reasonable to others in the area. We have been working with one of the owners, Ferdinand Piano, and his operations manager, Laura Tagatec. We chose them after seeing their great reviews online and researching. They seem to be very stable and offer a wide range of services. They were also willing to accommodate and offer us a reasonable contract that we thought was balanced and doesn’t just protect them. They have a very large collection of subcontracts they work with if you ever need any specific repairs. .
