It became a rather awkward situation w/ the only salesperson. He was very negative, so I didn't end up using this company. I didn't have any experience with the construction side of their business.

I had an excellent experience with this company and I thought they brought a lot of good ideas with them. They have good craftsmanship and did a good job building the room. I have been told it looks like a $50,000 edition and it only cost about $10,000. They have an outstanding price and I will recommend them to anyone.

BAY AREA SUNROOMS ONLY INSTALLS SUNROOMS, SO THEY HAVE THE PROCESS STREAMLINED TO A FORMULA. WHEN OUR ORIGINAL PLAN PROVED TO EXCEED CITY CODE PARAMETERS, THEY MODIFIED IT PROMPTLY. SHORTLY AFTER INSTALLATION, WE HAD A LEAK, AND THEY CAME OUT AND REPAIRED IT WITHIN A DAY OR SO. MY ONLY QUALM: THE LEISURELY PACE AT WHICH THEY WORKED. THE SUNROOM WAS COMPLETED MONTHS AFTER WE HAD ORIGINALLY HOPED TO USE IT.
