Excellent - Ben and his crew arrived on time (actually early) and were extremely thorough when cleaning up - They even washed the new windows after install - Because of the time change and it getting dark early, they even worked through their lunch to ensure that we had a secure and insulated home before they left for the day

From the point of estimate to the completion date, we have never had such a nice experience with a contractor.  Ben Folau, the owner of the company, has had many years of experience installing windows for a large company, and it shows.  When he arrived to give us an estimate, he explained all our options and answered many questions we had about our concerns regarding supporting walls, etc.  He was able to give us some great feedback on which windows are good and those which are not so good. He showed up with his crew promptly every morning, and they were top notch contractors themselves.   We felt we had a great team working for us.  The installation was completed on time and without a hitch.  We will have Ben install the other windows in our home when we are ready, and we look forward to working with him again.  He was a gem to work with. 

Was referred to him by a glass and door company. Ben Folau is a general contractor who specializes in windows and doors. Has 7-10 years of experience working for a bigger company in that specialty. Was very knowledgeable, organized, and pleasant. Was especially good at making the doors and windows fit the style of our Eichler house. A licensed general contractor who does the job himself or with a licensed helper if needed. Gives a fixed bid but if he should break something (a tricky piece was cracked on site) responsibly covers himself. If you use a glass vendor he works with will pick up the windows. Started by having him do 2 windows to test him out. When that went very well had him do 3 sliding doors. Will have him finish 9 more windows for me soon.
