Computer Repair
When you have a problem with Hewlett Packard printers and clock on customer support the link routes you to this Fixya.com site. HP has been getting worse and worse about the ability to fix their printers. This service said they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I spent 2 hours on chat screens with two different "experts" and they were unable to fix my problem. The slowness of their response was terrible. And it was obvious that they did not have a good understanding of the English language. I sent them an email saying that I did not expect my credit card to be charged and they responded that they would not. Yet a charge showed up on my credit card.
My advice is to stay away from HP Printers and Fixya.com.
