FIRENZI DREXEL HERITAGE

This is not a 'Buyer Beware' but a Buyer stay the **** away from this store. I did business with this firm when they had 4 stores. They are now down to 1. Diann came to my home each week with samples as it was time to replace furniture. The Master Bedroom was going to be the easiest so fabric (denim) was picked out and curtains. Diann asked for a $15000.00 retainer. I had no reason to distrust this store, based on my past experience so wrote the check. I told her I wanted a copy of the invoice and I would sign and send back. She put the check in her personal account the next day Feb 1, 2018 and I never heard from her again. I called every other week trying to get ahold of her and asked always that her assistant Kim leave hear a message. Never heard from her. It is now the end of March. I called and her son said we are coming to do an installation this Thursday. Thursday came and went and nothing delivered nor a phone call. When I called, her son Jack said, "OH, I meant any Thursday." I said, how about December...jokingly. I then went to work on the internet and found so many bad reviews on her and her business dealings that I wrote a deman letter to her. It was legally correct and very to the point. I had turned her in to the BBB, Drexel Heritage, San Mateo Police Department and a few other entities as she was doing a scam...she's like Madoff...rips off one person, gets their cash, never places the order nor calls you back. I finally got an email saying she would return a cashiers check for $10,000 and would get the $5000 back to me later. I said, NO...I am not a bank and you should also pay me interest. I told her I was calling the ABC affiliate in San Francisco who does the Rip Off Report and they would be at her store, camera's ready if I do not receive my money in two days. I received the money in one day, overnight. This is a headache you do not need. She is a serial liar as is everyone who works for her. SHUT HER DOWN...life is tough enough but when your scamed, by a little old lady who makes you think your her long lost niece, time to move on. STAY AWAY...you'll end up losing money and probably going to court
