Express Plumbing

Don Hope is fantastic! He was so thoughtful in the placement of the shut off valve for us to the point where even my wife can do it despite her hip replacement. He's super friendly and we'd love to have him back some time in the future for our plumbing needs.

Our plumbing went out on Christmas Eve needless to say we could not get someone to come out then. But Christmas morning we called Express Plumbing and a young man came Christmas Day and worked all afternoon to try and get our plumbing working again. Unfortunately the problem was more complex and took a week to complete. But Express Plumbing took care of everything. A portion of our lawn had to be taken up the street had to be dug up but when they were finished you would not have known anything had happened! Very professional! Would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again and their price was I felt more than reasonable.

We just used Express Plumbing. They were here about two weeks ago in March of 2017. They cleared some drains. We had some clogged drains. They came out the next morning. They came on time. They cleared it quickly and the bill was very reasonable.

N.I've used Al for my home on two different emergency occasions. He's so great. My neighbor had used him too and we discovered how much we both liked him. So, when my construction plumber wasn't available, I called to see if they could do the job and he did. I think Express is reasonably priced and reliable. I've used other emergency plumbers before and they really ripped me off. Al did a great job and he's trustworthy. That's says a lot. Emergencies are the perfect time to get taken advantage of. That's why I was happy to call in a non-emergency basis.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. THEY BROUGHT 3 PEOPLE TO WORK ON IT AND EVEN THE PIECE OF LAWN THEY REMOVED WAS REPLACED PERFECTLY IN PLACE WITHOUT EVEN NOTICING WHAT HAD TAKEN PLACE!

THEY DID NOT DO THE REPAIR OF THE BROKEN PIPE, AND CHARGED ME $875. NO RESPONSE BY OWNER TO PHONE CALLS AND LETTERS. REFUSAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE POOR WORKMANSHIP. WE, AS OWNERS, HAD TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL REPAIR WORK AND EXPRESS PLUMBING WOULD NOT REIMBURSE US, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DUE TO THEM NOT DOING THE REPAIR.
