We used Envirotek annually to clean and refinish the deck when my wife owned a rental townhouse. I was pleased to see Envirotek pop up when searching for a contractor to power wash my house. Sammy's workers were very thorough and the paint looked like new when they finished.

It went well. We've worked with Sammy/Envirotek at least a couple of times previously and have always been pleased with the results. His crew cares about the job and it shows. I highly recommend this company for all your staining/finishing needs.

I initially found him on Angie's List. He is going to replace in some of our decks. He has to wait till it goes through the permit process before he can come back and start work. It takes a while to get through all that permit process. We used him initially a year or so ago and have already evaluated them on Angie's List.

They did a good job, the deck was messed up, but I think they could have done a better job. I think the price was fair. I think they did a decent job for the price. I think I probably would try somebody else first.

Envirotek technician did a super job - cleaned not only steps and decks but railings and trim.  Great work - I am very pleased.

Sam and his workers were very prompt, professional and efficient.  The work they did looks fabulous.  We plan to have additional decks replaced and would hire this company again.

Sammy and his team did an outstanding job integrated with  excellent customer service. Following work was performed on our 3 garage doors and front/ back fence. 
 > Power washed, the garage doors and sanded.  
> Power washed front and back fence
 > Allowed the wood surfaces to dry for a day and stained with premium coat/stain 
> Covered garage floor and plants as needed to make sure none of the over spray of the power wash or coat/stain reached surrounding areas.  
> Cleaned at the end of each work day. 
> Completed the job on time.  
> Our garage and fence looks great and received many compliments from our friends and neighbors!

The experience of working with the Envirotek people was terrific from the very beginning.
When I phoned Sammy to schedule an estimate, he was able to come over right away, get me a quote the same day, and schedule the work to begin a few days later. As we walked through the yard together to look at the work my wife and I wanted, he explained in detail how his process would work, gave me a few options to choose from, such as whether or not to sand each surface, the color of the stain, number of finish coats, and gave me the pros and cons of each option. 
The crew showed up on time every day they were here (2 1/2 days), were polite, professional, and efficient. It was clear that they knew what they were doing, and cared about the results. Carlos, the crew foreman, repeatedly went beyond the call of duty to make sure that result would be great. Some examples:
*  Although we hadn't asked them to restore the redwood picnic table and benches, he offered to do those. Now they look like new, so we don't need to buy a new set.
*  They did the same with some of the old redwood railings and steps on the sides of our house. Because their process is very effective, the old redwood, which looked so funky we didn't think it was worth restoring, now looks like new.
*  We had opted to do just one coat of sealant and stain on the board fence. Carlos said that it would really better to do two, so we said fine, and he came back the next day and did a second coat.
* Here's the best part -- they didn't charge us any extra for the extra work they did.
Our normal experience with contractors, even good and competent ones, is that they often want to get our job done and move on to the next one as quickly as possible.  So there can be a tension between speed and quality -- and occasional cutting corners. Our experience with Sammy and Carlos and their crew was different. Their repeated question was -- what else can we do to make sure this job is done right? Wow -- what difference!
The result shows. All the redwood fencing, railings, decking, , arbor and steps surrounding our house  looks beautiful -- new, bright, and just the right color. We've been getting such a kick out of sitting in our back garden and enjoying how bright, clean and cheerful the house and garden look as a result. We couldn't be more pleased, and we can't recommend these guys enough!

The crew is amazingly professional and the owner, Sammy, is a delight to work with.  He was on the job every morning, touching base with the crew and after completion, he visited us, checked out the work and was sure we were happy.  He also did some extra repair work for us on the decks (replacing bad wood and staining some teak benches on our rear deck so they matched the new color)  and simply added the cost of the materials to the bill.  We could not be happier with the outcome.  Envirotek is a five star organization!

They were very responsive and due to the size of my job were able to schedule me with one day's notice.  The outcome was as I expected.

I highly recommend Envirotek.  Sammy was great to work with and was very professional. His team did quality work and Sammy also provided status updates on the status of the job.   The siding, fence and deck all look great.

The last application didn't last as long as the previous application they had applied.

They removed all the planters and furniture on the deck. Did the mentioned above.  Returned the next day to put back every thing they had moved.

I have used this contractor twice and was very satisfied with the outome.  Deck looked great after resealing and was brought back to nearly new appearance.

Great - one day to power wash, then sanding and finish another day.  Quick, looks great when completed.  I recommend them without hesitation.

Sammy has worked on my deck before and has always done a very professional job.  Taking care of a deck made of Ipe wood is not an easy task and requires and experienced team that knows what products to use for this hard wood.  Thanks to Sammy's team my deck is back to looking like the day I had it completed.  I would recommend using their services.

I have a 1967 shake roof on my house.  As my city will not allow a rational replacement for it, I have tried to preserve it for as long as possible.  Twice yearly inspections, shim/repair as needed and regular cleaning and treating.  After extensive research and review of many tests and publications, I found a great product to use, TWP.  I contacted Envirotek Restoration based on their purchase of large amounts of TWP - and have used them several times since 1996.

Each time the roof was cleaned well and the product was applied as per spec.  Care was taken to protect the surrounding areas and items.  Clean up was good.  Most importantly, the roof looked great and kept on looking so for a several years after each treatment.  No moss or turning black.  Great stuff.

Only bad thing is me loosing their number and using another company and product the last time - disaster.
