Eddie responded right away and provided a very reasonable quote with options and recommendations, which gave us flexibility as to how much we wanted to do to prepare our house for sale. Once we settled on a plan the team cleaned up a quite overgrown front yard then maintained it until our house was sold.
I wouldn't use them in the future simply because we moved away but if we were still in that area I wouldn't hesitate.

All around excellent service and very conscientious. We're moving away from San Carlos (and California) and will miss Eddie and his team very much.

Eddie's is the most un-responsive and ignorant vendor listed on Angies List!
Eddie's should be removed from the list.
I left numerous messages on his listed phone number 650-222-7978 over several weeks, hoping that he will return my calls to discuss our needs. Few times, his voice mail box was full and could not take any new messages. When I was able to record messages, I left him pretty detailed messages and requested for a return phone call, and never ever heard from him.
Either he is overwhelmed by the volume of business and can not handle new clients, or he has listed a number that he does not check, or simply put, Eddie's is incompetent and exemplify an unfriendly customer service behavior.
Do Not Try Calling his number, it is waste of time -

I can't say enough good things about this company. After initial contact, Eddie came out and walked the entire property with me and gave his opinion and identified problem areas. I had been without a weekly service for over a month and the landscaping was in really bad shape. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge, ideas and proposal and hired him on the spot. He provided a written service contract that showed the scope of service, stayed in touch via telephone and did exactly as he had stated verbally. They have been coming weekly now for three months and I am continually impressed. My front and back yard look the best they have in years with no new plant material being installed. Years of neglected maintenance was immediately completed and has been maintained to a professional standard since. The yard crew is friendly, professional and very thorough. I would recommend Eddie's all day long.

We were looking to change our gardner/landscaper since they did not pay the attention needed to our yard. We had just spent a lot of money redoing our front and back yards and the existing gardner just couldnt care less that plants were dying! Eddie was very thorough with his quote and was able to deliver on everything promised. Everything from simple maintenance, adjusting watering, fixing irrigation leaks, and generally was able to make our front and back yard look much better! His costs were slightly more than our previous provider, but the service was 100x's better. It is hard to find someone who has shown such impressive attention to detail.

Their monthly service is excellent.

They continue to perform effectively and are always very responsive to any special requests.

Eddie Babwin is the man that does this work for me. He gives suggestions on what to plant by telling me what grows or doesn't grow in my area. If you are not trimming something properly, he will come and tell you how to do it. He comes on time every Tuesday.
