Farid quoted a site visit rate, came to diagnose the problem, then texted a quote for parts and labor to repair. I asked for his patience and asked him for recommendations - my partner and I were considering replacing the diswasher instead - he provided feedback on some brands we were considering (the broken washer was Maytag, the other models we were considering were Miele, Bosch, and Thermador). He was cognizant of the weird geometry in our small kitchen and cabinetry and made some really good recommendations. We opted for him to order the replacement parts and do the repair. He revised his schedule estimate based on the delay we introduced while we decided and delivered precisely on the revised date and timing. Very good, conscientious service, very solid advice, brand neutral, supportive and generous. I am very happy with his overall service and the quality of his work. Superb. The fee for repair was exactly what he quoted. Really professional and accurate, and much appreciated.
