 + 0 moreI hired an independent contractor to do the installation. The contractor immediately noticed damaged parts in the product; he'd installed many fireplaces by the same manufacturer before and was very familiar with the product. He took photos and called Creative Energy right away and everyone agreed that the parts had to be replaced under warranty. That was November 22 2010. It is now 2011. I have been to the Creative Energy store in person four times now asking for my parts. They keep waving their hands and saying they've done everything they can. Last time, the manager basically told me to do this myself. I still don't have the parts under the warranty. I would recommend friends look for other retailers for these products.
