Since all monitoring is subject to the home internet connection it can be fragile sometimes. To get around home internet connectivity issues, its possible to get production values from PG&E by looking in monthly statements. They will show the amount of electricity generated and sold. It's not ideal but it's a good fallback if other monitoring fails.
