FANTASTIC! We had to wait a while because of their schedule. Apparent now because of the need and the quality. Berta and family were accommodating, courteous, and professional to the extreme. They showed up early, listened and communicated well, accommodated our last minute requests, and did a better job than we've had in the 7 years we've been here. I would HIGHLY recommend them. My only concern is this will create competition for getting them back next time. LOL. The only reason I rated price at a "B" is that it was about 25% more than my previous person, but I can now justify that based on the experience and quality of the job. So, technically an "A."
