I went very smoothly. I provided Dominic with photos, measurements, and described what I wanted. He took it from there and made it happen in just a couple days and for less than he even quoted me at first.

DOMINIC IS AN EXCELLENT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE'S WORKED IN THE AREA FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND KNOWS HOW THE OLDER HOMES WERE BUILT AND HOW TO ADD STRENGTH FOR SECOND STORY REMODELS. THESE TYPES OF SERVICES ARE NOT CHEAP, BUT HE'S WELL WORTH THE PRICE.
