Computer Repair
We were told we would hear from someone within 24 hrs to tell us what was wrong and what work had to be done on the computer. I called 3 days in a row, only getting an answering machine and no call back. I finally drove to the store and waited until someone showed up. I was told that the computer only needed more memory and to delete Norton Goback, which was supposed to take a lot of memory. Finally, after almost a week (Wed. to Tues.), I got the computer back.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY WITH ALL THE FEATURES FUNCTIONING AS BEFORE. THEIR FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!
