Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, professional, and punctual. They figured out the problem quickly and fixed it. The only downside is that they could not give me a quote ahead of time and every task had a fixed price, so $219 to fix a disposal, which took about 5 minutes to fix. Next time I'll try to get an hourly rate instead.
