Have been in business for 15 years working all over the bay area providing commercial and residential painting at very affordable prices. Professional Interior Painting We move all furniture either out of the room or put in the middle. We will cover all furniture, cabinets, windows and floors. All ceilings and walls will be cleaned; they will be free of dust, dirt and mildew. All nail holes are filled (unless requested to leave picture hangers in place), all cracks repaired. We will apply either one coat of primer as first coat on all surfaces, or spot prime patched areas and apply two coats of finish paint. All trim will be thoroughly sanded; usually we apply a complete primer coat, and then finish paint with the appropriate trim paint. We prefer not to do one coat only, rather one primer and one finish, or two finish coats. Professional Exterior Painting We will pressure wash the entire exterior to remove dirt, mildew and loose paint. Then all surfaces will be prepared for painting which includes, but not limited to: covering all adjacent bushes, plants and trees, removing all loose paint from stucco and/or wood, if any, fill surfaces irregularities with an appropriate filler, repair the stucco, prime all surfaces, caulk all gaps around window and door frames.
