Well. Stand behind their work. They were recommended and lived up to referral. Fair pricing I thought.

The guys were very helpful and knowledgeable.   They helped me understand the quality and kind of rugs I own.  I appreciate their punctuality.  I contacted the company on-line and they called me right away.  Rugs were delivered in less than a week.   I thought they did a great job.

Just got back the rugs today,and am very pleased with the results.  The rugs had seen their share of "doggy accidents", and I had my doubts that they could be saved.  Bailey did a great job getting rid of the evidence!  To be honest, they couldn't remove all the stains completely, but they were able to make them barely visible unless you knew where to look.  I am very happy with how the rugs turned out  The rugs were picked up at my home and delivered back in a week by two pleasant and efficient employees.

It did not appear tha t one carpet was cleaned at all. I called them and asked them I'd they had washed it and they said to bring it back. Our large carpet had pet urin still in it as if it hand,t been washed and was sticky. We have has this carpet cleaned before by others and it always came back cleans and fresh. We decided to simply go to another cleaner.

Went quite well, had several questions and owners arrived and explained oufr concerns,

They just took couple of area rugs and cleaned them for me. I like them because they take it up and bring it back and they do an excellent job. The workers are excellent.

Bailey Rug Company provided poor service to my domestic partner and I recently. They did a poor job cleaning a large brown rug and we had to have Coit redo the cleaning on-site. In addition, they have a long history of suing their clients in small claims court. Bailey as over 73 results from the search I performed on their company. I don't think they actually sued 73 people, but it looks like it is more than 10. So, Buyer beware! In addition, I received an email from Julia F. relaying the poor performance of Bailey Rug Company and how poorly Randy Bailey treated her. I met Randy and his brother at small claims court with my domestic partner and they are not nice people. All and all, every personal interface I have had with the owners of Bailey Rug Company has been extremely unpleasant. So, Buyer Beware!

They are fine. They are the only place in the area. I took my rug into them. Their customer service is a good at times, but bad at other times.

They picked the area rug up from my home and delivered it back to me. I ordered a new pad as well. They returned the carpet with the new pad and placed it back into the room and made sure it was where I wanted it. I had done business with them in 1997 when I had them clean an old oriental carpet I inherited from my Mother. In that case, they also replaced the fringed edge as well as cleaning it. I was very happy with their work then and had no complaints about the work they did in 2009.

I brought the rug over myself and someone at the store unloaded it from my car for me. Their website has a coupon, but I was given the discount even though I forgot to print it out. My carpet was way overdue for a cleaning, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the rug came out clean and soft, smelled great, and was ready when promised. I will be a returning customer.

She was a delight to speak with and she made me feel that they were pro's. I knew they were good by the questions she was asking me about our rug. I went and hired them to come clean our dirty rugs. The service man showed up around noon and worked until just after 3pm without taking any breaks. When he was done our house looked like the first day we had moved in. The rug looked like they just installed it and my wife and I were so impressed by the work he did.

Friendly and did quick work. Good results.
