They are completely unprofessional. They scheduled me twice and never showed up. They promised several times that they will call back to reschedule and never did. I called them originally on Dec 23rd to see if they can come in before Xmas. Fairly enough, one of their employees, Jacob Habache, said he couldn't but that he will come on Monday Dec 27. Monday came by and passed, and he did not call or show up. I called his office on tuesday Dec 28, and talked to a lady there, who said that she will call Jacob and get back to me in the afternoon. She did not call back that afternoon, neither the days after ... until I got a call from Mr Habache a week later on Tuesday Jan 4. He said that he will schedule someone to come Wednesday Jan 5 at 11AM. No one showed up, or bothered to call. I got a call from their office on Thursday Jan 6, letting me know that someone is in my area that morning and could come in the morning. I was not at home at that time and asked if they could come in the afternoon. The lady I talked to said she will get back to me. Needless to say she did not. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I wonder what kind of business they are running, scheduling repeatedly time with clients, and never bothering to show up or calling to reschedule. Simply avoid them!

They were very professional. I think they were very detail orientated. They arrived on time to our home. I think they did a great job and I thought their price was very reasonable considering that there aren't many companies that do this sort of work.
