I feel like I just visited the Twilight Zone of Stupidity.  This place brags about how they honor a lifetime warranty on stone chip repair.  Brought my car back for a creeping crack in the windshield, which was coming directly from their previous repair.  When my car was finished, I asked the guy what he thought about the crack coming from their previous repair and he replied that he forgot to check it out and that my old windshield was now in the garbage so it was too late to make a determination.  WHAT..???!!!!   Will never go back and I highly recommend that you don't go there either.

Had two issues fixed on two cars in the same morning.

I selected this shop because it was highly rated on Angie's List. I called for a quote, which was reasonable, and they were able to fit me in the next day. They gave me good directions to the shop, and they had the paper work ready when I got there, so it only took me about 30 seconds to check in. One of the owners, Paul, gave me a ride to work. During the ride, I mentioned that my next car repair would be to fix a slow leak in one of my tires, and Paul offered to take a look, and bring it to the tire shop up the street if he found anything that could cause the leak. They had the windshield work done by lunch time to make it easy for me to leave work to pick up my car. My new windshield looks great, the seals all look good, and the actual cost was slightly below the estimate. Paul even followed-through on checking the tires. Check-out was also really fast when I picked up the car. n all-around great experience.

The work was performed as promised, on time and at the price discussed on the telephone. Two technicians arrived on time (actually early) and performed the change quickly and cleaning up after themselves. They also provided verbal instructions to follow for the next few hours and days to allow the glue to set properly.

I check several auto glass companies as well as the dealer. This is the second time I have had to replace a windshield due to rock damage from freeway driving. The last time I had the dealership replace the window - and it cost me a bloody fortune. Atlas not only had the best price, but they were also very accommodating. I chose to have the windshield replaced at their location - but they would have come to my location which is a great service! They were quick, professional, and kept me informed. The price included all the work (no hidden costs) as well as treating some rust from the prior installation. I recommend the team at Atlas for any auto glass repair. Hopefully, I won't need them again.

They were friendly, efficient with the estimate, and gave me some good advice about the range of prices on windshields. They offered to come to my place of work, to repair the windshield. I brought it to their shop, instead and they repaired it on the day scheduled, efficiently within a four hour window of time. I am very satisfied with the job.

The repair man was well within the time span. He was clean, polite and efficient.
