Called him in the morning and he said he'd come between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. He arrived at 4:30 and promptly diagnosed the problem with my non-draining garbage disposal. Was finished, cleaned up, and gone by 5:00.
He was unable to fix another problem I had -- the kitchen sink faucet won't swivel properly -- but he gave me the number of someone who could.

Responded promptly to my message and offered a same day appointment. Gave me a phone estimate for the 'known' work (clogged drain). Arrived within the promised 2 hour window, with a call to let me know he was on the way. Professional, took care of the items that could be handled without water shutoff to the building (valve diagnosis, clog, and faucet), and gave me an estimate for replacement of the feeder valve which will need to be done at a later time.

They are terrific, as far as water heaters go they really know their stuff. We first used them 5 years ago. I would say the service is prompt and the owner of the company is extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly guy. Their price was really competitive.

He is a great plumber. He gets right back to you if you call his office and he is not there. I am very pleased with his promptness, with what he does, and his fees. You don?t have to get a loan to pay him. One time, he didn?t charge me anything because when he was out here before, it didn?t seem to correct anything.
